Every system
starts with the universal PRS Base. The PRS Base uses two
double sided locking mechanisms which provide enough holding
power for aggressive machining with a downward retention force
of 2000 lbs. Pallets precisely repeat to .0002 on hardened and ground locating pins.
The mounting flanges are positioned toward the center of the
base to allow setups to be as compact as possible for maximum
use of machine table space. The cast iron construction and
low profile of the base assures excellent rigidity. Our failsafe
system is air actuated to release and spring powered (not vacuum powered)
for the locking action.

Pallets
range in size from 6"x12" to 10"x16". Pallets are accurately located
on the Base to .0002 repeatability. 6061 T6 Aluminum
assures easy machinability for quick pallet creation. The
locking cavities on the bottom of the pallet are hardened stainless
steel for long wear life. The tops of these standard pallets are blank and
